Chief officer for general cargo wanted.

The vessel sails under the Dutch flag, Dutch COC or endorsement is required. The ports visited are mainly in Europe; however, the ship may also be deployed for travel outside Europe. Due to the variety of voyages, this job is never dull and offers the chance to see a part of Europe, and possibly the rest of the world, and to discover new places.

You ensure good collaboration with the crew and take the lead during watchkeeping. You are responsible for the efficient and safe navigation of the ship. Additionally, you provide support in the maintenance of the vessel and its equipment. You report to the captain and notify any incidents.

Crew changes are organized every 8 weeks. If found suitable, you enter an 8 weeks on/8 weeks off rotation. This position offers an attractive sailing and leave schedule, allowing you to maintain a good balance between private life and work.
