Our ideal Talent Acquisition Manager will find suitable candidates based on the vacancies we have, someone who is empathic with a hands on mentality. In consultation with our crew managers you will decide what is important and needed to find the right candidates. The Talent Acquisition Manager will make her/his own planning of the day, you are free and flexibel in how to fill in this job and to give shape to your ideas and thoughts. You will find candidates online, interview candidates, guide and advise candidates that are lost in their choices to find the right job. You will find the perfect match between candidate and client, it’s a win win.

After a training and familarization period you will develop your self on many levels. You will speak to candidates from all over the world and will get in touch with all kinds of peolple and their cultures. Every day will be different and no candidate will be the same.
