Chief Engineer for Heavy Load Carrier

For one of our clients we are looking for an experience Chief Engineer to join a modern Heavy Load Carrier.
The duties on board will include not only the maintenance of the main engine and other auxiliaries on board but also control and supervision of the ER crew to run all the machinery effectively.
Experience on similar vessel types will be an advantage.

Requirements:

  • COC of Chief Engineer no limitations
  • All valid training certificates in compliance with STCW
  • Valid vaccinations (including Covid-19 and Yellow Fever)
  • Good English level
  • Experience in mixed crew

Experience:

  • With ME more than 5000 kw
  • Minimum 3 contracts in Chief Engineer rank
  • Preferably experience with Wartsila ME.
