You would receive a permanent contract with DMC where both your work periods, and the choice of projects, will be determined jointly. Education and training
Specific additional training maybe required for some jobs. Together with you, Delta Marine Crewing will determine whether you possess the necessary qualifications required by our clients. We will also look at whether you can further develop yourself. Perhaps you can give your career a boost with a management course or a navigational /engineer training course for all ship types.
